MUSICIANS THAT WE SUPPORT:

BRIGADE

One year nine months and eighty days..

We first discovered Brigade shortly after Fightstar arrived on the scene in 2004. Then - the trio, consisting of Will Simpson, Naoto Hori and Jumpei Hirano were Fightstar's primary support act, and benefitted from the buzz surrounding 'Simpson's brother's band'. Now though, they are in a debateably far more promising place than there then 'superiors'. After spending the last four years scrupulously touring the UK, (saying goodbye to Jumpei on drums, pinching James Plant from The Ghears, gaining Fim from Unit On, saying goodbye to Fim and then getting Andrew Kearton!) and building up a very loyal fanbase, the release of their second LP 'Come Morning We Fight' will see Brigade continue to get stronger.

CUT THE BLUE WIRE

MAKING GIRLS FIGHT SINCE 2007..

Ding Ding! Round one!! Rising from the ashes of previous hampshire based bands, Cut The Blue Wire was born in the Spring of 2007. With only a year together, this band have accomplished what most bands aim to accomplish in many. The band recorded a well recieved 5track demo "We Are Wolves, We Are Not Loved.", causing sweaty palms and raised eyebrows within the south coast scene.

DAVEIT FERRIS

It's brand new, and we're the ink. Let's scribble together..

Daveit is our boy. Hailing from Derry - Northern Ireland. He used to be in The Mascara Story who were catapaulted to the forefront of Kerrang! after winning their unsigned competition in 2005. But then they threw it all away! Broke up - only for Daveit to form a new band called Rescue The Astronauts, which after numberous member changes Jay and Sean from The Mascara Story ended up joining! Daveit is currently moonlighting with Telephone Bruises and writing endless amounts of lovely songs with his solo project. He released two albums in April, called 'Invites For Drunk Lips' and The Lonely House Attracts the Hearts. With two more albums planned this year, Daveit's creativity really knows no bounds.

FIGHTING WITH WIRE

STRENGHTH IN NUMBERS..

Formed from the ashes of clearshot comes a band that many of you wont have heard of until recently, but a band that has been going strong for 5 years now. Having went through more bass players than you've had hot dinners, the band finally seems settled with a lineup that has most recently attracted the attention of major label, atlantic records with a deal being signed earlier this year.

IN CASE OF FIRE

Welcome to the new agenda...

These have been kicking up quite a storm recently with a certain publication called Kerrang! and as 2008 rolls on they stand to make some massive waves. With an absolutely massive sound they stand to change your view of Northern Irish music forever!

JETPLANE LANDING

REACTIONARIES.. READY INTENT!..

Releasing three albums and being around for nearly 10 years has certainly made Jetplane Landing one of our most influencial bands. Quite influenced by At The Drive In, but while veering off into their own post-hardcore via punk tendancies they have built up quite a storm throughout the years. Now indefinately defunct, Jetplane Landing played their last show to date at Truck Festival in 2006 to a capacity crowd containing members of Brigade, Prego and a crowd-surfing Sam Duckworth of Get Cape Wear Cape Fly (who incedently knew the words to every song).

MIKE MORMECHA

Did you call an ambulance for the bird with the broken wing? (no way!) You selfish bastard!

Ever seen a guy play guitar, drums and sing at the same time?! Thought not! Meet Mike Mormecha, the illustrious creative genius that fronts mojoFURY but stll have time to create some of the most intersting barock (baroque) music you're ever gonna hear.

MojoFURY

Kill.Cock.Robin

We love mojo's loud, yet melodic sound. Held together by storming riffs their songs veer between intelligently put together tunes and parts that will make you want to scream along with them..

REUBEN

The best enemy...

Lead by musical genius, comedian and Doctor Who obsessee Jamie Lenman - Reuben are a unique band who transcend classification with their effortless good humour and unique, incredible sense of melody. They write rhythmically charged inteligent songs in such a fantastic way that it's hard to find anything wrong with what they do.

SixStarHotel

FAIRY TALES AND FALIURES..

Hailing from Northern Ireland comes a band now in their 7th year. We introduce you to SixStarHotel! A band that carries a sound with the delicate intricacies of bands like Mew but with the infectious wall of perfectly crafted noise that At The Drive-In carried off for years..
